Hey, I don't know if it's been mentioned or not, but Thanksgiving was a holiday made in the middle of the Civil War, by Lincoln. At the time, it had nothing to do with Native Americans, with Pilgrims, or with Turkeys.

It's literally a national holiday set aside for being thankful to god for not having lost the civil war just yet if you are the religious sort.
