Definitely works, not so good for the adrenal system...but it'll without a doubt get you moving.

i suggest walking for more then half an hour (not trying to get anywhere just taking your time and enjoying the movement) followed by an auto massage (search youtube for autoshiatsu for constipation)
that should work pretty good!

Probably your best bet would be a stool softener/laxative combo. Also drinking a bunch of water can help

I have very good control over my bowl movements. If I can't shit, I make myself shit. I imagine how I "push" it out of my body is similar to how women push out their babies.

You need to apply pressure internally and squeeze it the fuck out. But let the shit come through your digestive track enough for doing it. I have forced out a couple of premature shits and it left my ass burning.

Well, now I've got a different problem. I drank half a gallon of Peach and Mango juice and now I can't STOP shitting. And it's that really watery shit where you don't know if you should fart or not.
