Masahari Morimoto owns a restaurant there, if you like Japanese food.

Yes!!! I need to eat Japanese food at least once a week, otherwise I feel queasy and sick. I can only stomach so much greasy food.

Morimoto looks really good. All of his dishes look supreme.

It's probably really expensive, but it'll be a good place to take my family when they come visit. I'm VERY glad you told me about that place, because here I was thinking I would never be able to find an authentic Japanese restaurant in Philly, and that I would be forced to open one myself.

I also found a sun-tofu restaurant called Jong Ka Jib, I'll have to try that place out and see how it compares to Kaju or BCD.

you should move to new Orleans for a short time, if you can once again relocate later. You may not like New Orleans, but it's definitely a change you will find in the likes of California or the North East. Maybe for good reason it's not like those places, because in my opinion it's worst, but once again it's an experience of it's own you will never be able to find anywhere else.

I will say, those gulf waters are warm, but that northern gulf water sure is murky. Nothing at all like the water in for example Naples Fl or Key West

Don't forget the hoagies. The NE, and Philly area in particular have hoagies on lockdown. Can't get a genuine hoagie in other parts of the country.

Shame on you for fibbing.

Not fibbing brah. Only the NE does hoagies right. Maybe Florida if they get Primos. I forget how far south Primo goes. Other places night think they can do hoagies, but nope.

I think New Orleans is the type of place you go during spring break or Mardi Gras. That'll be a good time to go then.

Also, I had to look up what a hoagie was. I think we call those "subs" or "sub sandwiches" on the West Coast.

It's all about the roll though, and the west coast doesn't get the roll right.

The West coast will, St Andreas willing, soon be relocated about a hundred miles East  and there will be a shiny new island that can be it's own SSR.

I would much rather live in California or Oregon than dreary New York.

I don't mind seasons I just don't like driving in iced over roads with heavy snow.

Roads were pretty snowy at times last winter, but I live NW of the city. I don't mind the snow though.

Don't know if someone already mentioned this, but Philly just decriminalized pot. Score 1 for Philly. If youre more into transvestite hookers and living underwater, check out New Orleans. I think we all know Providence sucks, at least the other 2 options are interesting.

I seem to recall last winter as cold but not so much snow.  The year before had shitstrom after shitstorm of snow though..

I learned to drive living in a small town in the Thousand Islands.  We rarely saw a black road for the middle three months of winter, mid December to mid March.

California is too far for me.

What I find funny are those couple people that kept mentioning the fact that Providence has history to it as a selling point. They must've slept through the part of school where we learned that America was founded in Philadelphia.
