but, yeah, 25 grams fresh is plenty to let ya' know what's up, then you can figure from there.
I've heard that wild Psilocybe cubensis tend to be somewhat less potent than cultivated types. Indoor cubensis is protected better from sunlight and the grians it is grown on are probably more nutrient rich than the average cow pie
