THANKS TO U KIDS.. IVE GOT A PAPERBAG FULL OF WWILLIES... :grin:

question: after i picked i brought them over to a friend whos pretty experienced and he rooted thru them and ended up throwing out about half of my original load.... the ones we tossed looked alot like weilli but the gills were dark brown/blak and the shroomz themselves were smaller.... and they didnt bluye that much... so do these sound like youngins of the shrooms i need or are they some inactive species??? no pics sorry.... maybe soon

did they blue at all or not at all weilii can vary greatly from fruit to fruit

Weiliis will always blue somewhat, the bluing reaction depends on their potency.... as far as why... I have no clue. Weilii's WILL get greyish-brown gills with age, when they start to sporoulate.

blue bruising in gilled mushrooms is extraordinarily rare for mushies, ya know.
