Had a nightmare

The media was saying that 1/3 of Earth's population was about to die from the Ebola virus. Pretty scary.
I've been having reoccuring dreams where i'm about to face death - either the city Im in is about to get nuked, or a giant tsunami is coming or I did something terrible and the army is after me.

There's always a huge fear in the pit of my being, sadness, anxiousness about what is after life. A lot of dreams where we are on a house falling apart in the sky and everyone is falling from the sky and I'm the last one left and I'm trying to hang on and then I finally fall too and my curiosity about the afterlife reaches its peak. Then just blackness and I wake up.

Anyone can relate?

I used to have night terrors when I was a child which meant I would have 20-30 nightmares every night.

Every night I would try my hardest not to fall asleep but eventually fell asleep and went to nightmare land. I was constantly sexually molested by an evil clown type dude and chased after by ghosts and witches demons dragons etc.

My parents would find me in the corner of the bathroom screaming my lungs out.

One night I prayed to god all night to make the nightmares go away. I've had nightmares since then but nothing like the quantity I used to have.

My last batch of really bad nightmares happened about 3 or 4 years ago, very disturbing shit with my family being posessed by evil demons and my dogs eyes and mouth and ears being sewn up and shit like that.

Anyway, these nightmares are nothing compared to the old ones. There is no terror or disturbing stuff, just a lot of anxiety, fear, sadness and apprehension.

Giving into the fear and braving it as you let go into sleep is the best way to beat it. I have similar troubles with sleep paralysis, they used to be much worse though.

You had that too? Fucker bent me over and shot me in the ass with some camera weapon type thing, really freaky cause it was in black and white and I kept waking up to another dream with the same clown then, not too many years later, I had a dream that a mobster made me fuck a female sheep, made me feel sick on waking, as if I had actually made that decision in waking life

Apocalyptic dreams? Yeah those happen to me a lot, the other night some nuke was about to go off in the atmosphere and cause enough radiation to kill everyone on earth, I woke up in a really bad fit, sweating and all, before that it was an earthquake and my family was getting taken by it left and right

Most of my dreams are nightmares

I was fucking my mother in one, I've fucked my sister a lot in dreams. Stuff that would make you sick to your stomach in real life.

In light of all the nightmares it is probably better that I have little memory of my dreams, at least little compared with my younger days. If only I could remember all my dreams and have all those dreams be good ones, I would really want to sleep then, would be like a built in hallucination system instead of a mental date rape type thing where I wake up with my head hurting wondering what the fuck happened
