Question about hydrocodone

I live in Alabama and I read on a paper from my dentist a while back that you're legally allowed to take Hydrocodone for up to one year from the date you were prescribed. That's actually kind of ridiculous to me, but anyway, about 6 months ago, I was prescribed like sixteen 7.5's. I'm just wondering if I'm still legally allowed to have it in my system 6 months later. (I have to take random drug tests and stuff) If I get called for a random test, do I need to have my original prescription bottle? Sorry if this thread is dumb. I don't know where to look regarding legalities of this nature. Thanks.

Yeah I've wondered this too. I know for a fact that it must be the exact prescription you were written. If you prescribed 5mg vicodins you can't have 7.5mg legally. I'm sure you could pull off using an old valid script if needed. It would just make the case more complicated and probably get dropped.

Ive done this when put on probo before. Right before youre officialy on probo, run to the dentist for a vico script. First time i went on probo i got a xanax script that said take as needed, and an as needed vico script. Had a year of probo where i couldnt smoke pot, but i was downing as many benzos and opiates as i wanted lol. Dumb ass po never sent any of my shit to the lab cause "it was alright as long as it was only positive for benzos or opiates" lmao.

He even mentioned once how i always tested positive, so i told him the drug tests give me panic attacks so i have to take a xanax before each one, and the panic attacks give me migraines so i had to take vico before each test as well.

Lol ill never be lucky enough to get a po that stupid again
