Carpet beetles...

So guise... I spilled some cheerios in my kitchen during my last lsd trip and just was kind of lazy about it. So I get up this morning and see these fucking things... These digusting fucking hairy little fuckers just munching on them, turns out they are carpet beetle larvae. Now I am no filthy fuck but it said they will take any opportunity to eat any organic matter. IE my cheerios...

Im setting a cheerio trap for them.. picture a roach motel in the corner made of a solo cup with cheerios under neither. I shut off all light so they wont be so scared and go to feast on the cheerios. My plan is. When I lift the lid these fuckers will all be huddled up in their cheerio orgy. Thats when I torch them. You see I learned another benefit to having an oil rig. Anything with more than 4 legs that enters my condo gets lit. the fuck. up. Except bumble bees those guys have never bothered me they just say hey wuddup man wheres the flower at.

These things are just creepy, has anyone else had them? They look like little hairy caterpillars which sketches me out even more. So many caterpillars with hairs are not fuzzy how youd think they are...

How did you get rid of them? Is there anything I can spray on my carpet to prevent them?

Would you just let the little fuckers live in your carpet or would you torch them.

The little tiny ones that are tri colored? Yeah, those like to eat hair and other nitrogen containing fibers.

Theyve got like a little white line down their backs and hairs. IDC what they eat this is genocide now I'm wiping them out. I'm afraid to pull my fridge out. Roaches creep me out, then crickets are worse, and these guys are right up there with crickets

Wait how big are these things? Carpet bettle larvae are about the size of a grain of rice.

Id say the smaller ones the size of rice but there are some bigger fuckers about the size of orzo pasta... def not mike n ike size.. Just the hairs ugh.

mine or more of a black with a tanish stripe down the middle. They dont seem to be going after clothes but the cheerios on the floor. The little fuckers love cheerios.

I remember a while ago a member talking about fuzzy things walking around on his carpet... i thought the dude was just tripping but this kinda makes sense... Like alot

discovery, they are extra gross, two made it to the cheerio death house.

When the torch hits them stinks of burnt hair... And they kind make this popping noise if torched long enough

You do realize they probably laid hundreds of eggs across your abode and killing them like this is futile right?

Just speculation but with pests such as this it is often the case

Well I saw one full grown beetle which im assuming was the source a month ago and killed her? Now its just a matter of the larvae... I can't let any turn into beetles
