What? You're not filled with compassion for the poor Bot Fly?

Bot Flies need your love and understanding.

Did you see the picture in the OP and the mouse and monkey video? The mice were eaten alive by larvae a quarter of their size and the monkey video is enough to give even Chuck Norris Tryptophobia The mice were dying and the monkey died later of anemia, having so much blood and life force taken from him.

No, bot flies need to be covered in napalm and set aflame.

Agreed! We cause so many species to go extinct, why not make the bot fly our next project? :mad2:

Can we add mosquitoes and ticks to that list too?

Hellz yea! Purposeful genocide, we did it with smallpox and rinderpest before.

I would be very happy to add Malaria to the short list of beneficial extinctions. Of all people who ever lived, Malaria killed over HALF.

Mosquitoes and the disease they bring are humanity's biggest enemy, thats why we get super worked up over a buzzing mosquito in the room but a fly is kinda OK.

It was nasty but it was a mouse.

I'll take care of the poison ivy... Not allergic to it anymore. Probably from being exposed to it so many times as a kid.

Heres some human bot fly larvae. They're white instead of brown and a bit smaller.  Much easier to watch than the monkey vid IMO:

GRAPHIC: Larvae removal from human flesh

And for you botfly fanboys out there another compilation or removals of larvae from humans ands pets, actually quite instructive on how to do it if you get over the initial shock/disgust.

But yeah its bot fly larvae, heres a GRAPHIC video of a mouse dying from a bot fly larva, in the last half hour it leaves its dying host.

WARNING:  graphic animal suffering

Ind if that wasnt awful enough, watch a monkey being saved fr0m a heavy bot fly infestation.

LOL that was intense dude.

I wish my mouth didn't taste like the shitload of homemade beef jerky I happened to eat before watching those vids...
