she came over about a month ago, roomate let her in, and she knocked on my door, i was sleeping but woke up because i thought it was my roomate. so i open the door and this bitch just walked in without asking for permission, i was still like half asleep. my room was a mess so im like "yea my room is a mess right now", she's like "oh well" and walked right past me.

long story short, i guess she found our yard quite dirty, which imo wasnt that bad. sure we got a few leafs to rake and a few things on the side of the house, which were not even visible, that need to be thrown away. i took care of that mess today but there are still a few things i need to put away. it's not really that bad.. she exaggerates a lot.

so anyway i think she's way out of her jurisdiction..

i can have an atv in my driveway right?.. it's not even visible from the outside you have to walk to the the end of the driveway to see it. i guess she wants me to remove it from there.. can she do that?..

also she was bitching about our gym equipment, we do not have alot, just benchpress, tredmill, and like 2 other things. we have this in the back. i guess she dont want this there either.. can she do this?..

how much jurisdiction does a landlord really have over their house?, i understand you cant modify the house or anything like that, but i can has as much shit as i want in the house right?.. as long as it aint like all over the place?..

i need help guys, she's really stressing me out and is causing friction between our roomates.
