I get slightly paranoid about it, but at the same time I only drink it filtered or bottled anyway. The Fl content in the water where I live is low, so it doesn't worry me too greatly.

I used to live in the middle of nowhere, where we got our water fresh from a well. Regardless of what I believe about Fl, nothing beats the water from where I used to live. So good!  :yesnod:

Bottled water... hhmmmm, lets think about this just for 1 min. Water being but into PLASTIC bottle... hhmmmh, PLASTIC..... hmmmm, Bottle water get created then shipped in huge tractor trailers to a store near you..... mmhmmmm. Them trailer get mighty hot and we all know how plastic and heat go so well together... hmmmhmm, Yall got more posion form the plastic being leached into your bottled water! Duh, you really think they ship that shit in a refrigerated trailer!? No.


okay, tap water.... Usually pump up out of of the ground... The water company then filters and adds some beneficial chems.  hmmmmm, ill take the ground water.

There's worse things in water than flouride.
But yeah my water ppm is 380+ so extremely hard. I bought a zerowater filter and it does the trick. My water consistently reads 000ppm and tastes  way better than it used to.

Flouride builds up in your system and is claimed to calcify the pineal gland.

There have also been studies published in china correlating flouride intake to lower I.Q scores.

Most filters do not remove fluoride from tap water.


Most bottled waters, unless purified through reverse osmosis or distilled, contain fluoride. True spring water contains natural levels of fluoride existing in that spring.



What I want to know is if they put fluoride in our water to prevent tooth decay then why bother telling us to brush our at least teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.

I suppose he is claiming since lead doesn't build up in the system, flouride must not as well.

Brita makes water taste worse to me and doesn't filter trace minerals like zerowater does. In fact, my ppm only changed like 50 from tap to through a brita. Zerowater brings is to 0

How long does your zero water filter last?

My PPM is 280, and after 2 weeks the filter started leaching a lemon metallic taste into the water. Along with little yellow beads into the reservoir. I threw it away after a few uses. I get my water from whole foods as reverse osmosis and deionized at this point.
I feel it's the most reliable source of a generally clean water I can around here.

reverse osmosis is said to remove fluoride
it's 30 cents a gallon here. 1.50 for 5 gallons

Yeah that's the kind of machine I'm talking about at whole foods.

I fill up 2, 5 gallon jugs and can last me over a week
