grilling ideas?

A couple months ago a guy was moving out of my apts and was throwing out his grill. I said fuck it and took it off his hands.

I had no previous exp and bbqing, but figured I could learn which I did.

In the past 2 months I've successfully grilled rib eye, ny strips, t bone, all sorts of sausage, pork chops, and ribs. Most of the time the food came out amazing! My main issue at first was keeping the charcoal hot, but it didn't take long to figure it out. I also accidently bought a bag of charcoal wood and that shit is the best! Burns hot for a long time and gives you that charcoal grilled flavor...

Anyway...

Tomorrow I plan on startin up the grill, but I have no idea on what to grill. Any ideas?

Grilled corn is amazing dip it in a bucket of butter and you gotnyourself a great snack.  My favorite steak is skirt steak.

Well my family owns a cattle farm upstate and they have 100% organic beef and pork and shit so once a year we'll get a cow.  Well my mom would marinate the skirt steak for about a week and cook it's oh so perfectly that I swear when I say that shit was easier to cut than butter.  You wouldent be served with a knife seriously just a fork.  That's why I love skirt steak it's so juicy.

I was thinking about fish for tomorrow. So far I have shrimp scampi and corn. Salmon can be a bit expensive... Is there a decent fish that taste great on the grill that doesn't cost as much?

Chicken using indirect heat. Best way to learn to use indirect heat/smoking IMO.

Shark can be pretty good on the grill and I don't think is very expensive.
