How long does it take cyans to appear after rain?

Ok so I went cyan hunting yesterday but I could tell someone had already knabbed some from this one wood chip patch. Today it started raining so I was wondering how long it will take for more of them to pop up?

I was wondering the same thing. It was just raining today, so I was going to try for some cyans tomorrow or this weekend.

Could be as little as 6-12 hours, depending on conditions.

Really? That soon!?
We've only had sporadic showers here and I've been waiting for the moisture.
I did find some dried up fungi in an area of wood chips a couple of weeks ago and am hoping to go by there sometime when there are fresh fruits.
One can hope they are what I'm looking for, eh?
