i just got bouncing bear's 1 gram free "pharmaceutical Grade Sceletium Tortuosum" (Kanna) which almost in a fine powder in one of those small glass tubes that they put salvia extracts in.. and i have no clue what to do with it... i know its used to smoke and as a snuff.. but im not sure what im supposed to due with it... im thinking im supposed to use it as a snuff since its in such a powdery form... but i dont know... can anyone help?

Online documention of this plants usage is pretty scarce, most of the articles I found were the same report. This one seems most helpful.

I place a small bump on the end of a scupula and snort it up. Provides a good upliftment and mood alteration.

i did more than a small bump... a lot more... and there were no noticable affects... but for about 5 hours i had the taste of dissolved asprine dripping down my throat... and i couldnt spit it out cuase everytime i did, and the spit touched my tounge, it was flushed with the taste of chewing 10 tablets of tylonal... not very pleasant...

I know what you mean about the nasty drip.. it's terrible tasting.. a small bump worked for me though... it's very subtle
