First off, there is no way the hospital could tell you that you are negative for HIV.

The first thing a doctor says to someone who is worried about recent HIV infection, is that it can take months for viral load to get high enough to register.

Second, you said they ran all sorts of bloodwork, they would 100% for sure run toxicology. Where is those test results?

Post a photo of the injection area please.

I'm not calling you a flat out liar, but something doesnt add up.

If anything, it sounds more like the guy was prepping a shot and you backed into him.

They take the baseline readings so they can have something to compare results to from the blood tests I am scheduled to take over the next three months.

Also I honestly don't think they ran a toxicology report but I'll check all the papers I have later and will let you know. Not the best hospital and the 3AM staff was busy the entire time. I know for a fact that I didn't run into a needle though, the guy put his arm around me intent-fully.

Hopefully it was a drug and pickpocket attempt.

with HIV via needle. what would be the ultimate goal in a viral infection
the person doing it has nothing to gain while shooting a drug into him could

why wouldnt you push for a tox report?

Could you please clarify if you were on shrooms, removing it from the op seems odd when it is noteworthy.

Oh 100% I was on them, but very mild dose and took them 3 hours before the incident. I'm pretty coherent even when on psychs. Also, that's why I'm pretty sure I wasn't drugged with a benzo, because I was still seeing things a bit weird in the hospital bed (benzos kill trips pretty hard).

I removed that fact from my first post because of people starting to say that I just hallucinated the whole thing. I have a mark in my back, I really didn't. I also don't feel comfortable posting photos to this forum of my back, but perhaps I shall PM you one later Edible and hopefully you can vouch for me to the rest of the people. They'd believe someone who was very critical of my story at first

I also didn't push for a tox report because I ingested psilocybin that night and my parents were there in the hospital with me. Sorry that my story seems like bullshit, I just wanted to get it off my chest and I thought the shroomery would be a good place to go. 

Guess I'll be waiting a few months for the potential virus to reach levels that can be read in a blood test. It really sucks man, I hate just waiting.
