Quick questions about PGP encryption

so i send a dude a message using his key

its bla bla bla... but when i try to copy (messsage i just sent) and DE crypt it it gives me an error

in the history between us 2 we have these encryopted messages but i wanteed to check what i just wrote/sent encrypted and it gives me an error :dudewtf:

That's the point. You can't decrypt other people's messages or it would be completely insecure.
