I learned a trick when I was younger to always get fresh made french fries. All you gotta do is ask for them unsalted:thumbup:. They'll be forced to make a new batch for you that they didn't add salt to yet, and then you can add your own.

No more soggy fries from mickeyd's ever again.

ive heard that before, like a while ago

its possible i read that on here from one of your posts...ive never tried it tho

id feel like a dick making everyone wait in the drive thru line just so i can get new fries...but on a real level i dont like salt on my fries that much

I don't think I've ever posted it here. I learned about it from some article I read online through stumbleupon.com

I agree though that it's a dick move if you do that in the middle of a busy lunch or dinner service. Now when it's like 4am, I'm drunk as hell, and I know those fries have been sitting there for probably 5 hours I don't hesitate to make them fry up a new batch.
