is my toenail falling off?

about a good 5months back or so, some guy on the bus stepped on my big toe real hard as he got off. I thought nothing of it till i got home it was quite swollen i thought it would go in time. But still it carried on hurting thought i may of fractured it but i carried on. Then about a month later my nail started getting a yellowish tint to it, and hasnet been growing at all.

Then i began to see a sort of crusty cuticle grow, then i got a needle with antiseptic and flame and took it out, it was painless. Thought everything would be fine from then.

Now my nail is still got the yellowing tint, and is starting to get a line at the bottom like itll fall of any day? If it des fall off, how should i care for it to aviod infections? Whats happening should i get anything for the nail or just let do its thing?

I got a swimming party on june 1st wtf can i do ?!
