Ohh sweet!

I like his older(early 2000's)stuff a lot. Gonna check it out even though I'm not too fond of his newer stuff

I got my hopes up for this one, the ratings look pretty damn good. There's bound to be at least one banger.

Ziog.

I heard the dude was in jail in Moscow for 300 hits of acid. Original sentence was like 8-15y but he got it reduced to three or so with some buttering. Really nice guy, I was so sad to hear that happened. He's out now, though

Just thought I'd share

Can someone recomened some good psytrance artists to start out with for someone who knows next to nothing about the genre? And possibly explain what differentiates it from other techno genres

I recommend you play any song posted in this thread.
To me, psytrance is four-on-the-floor beats with psychedelic sounds added to it.

Four on the floor just means it has the standard 4x4 beat. Most trance/techno w.e is 4x4

4x4=16 hits per bar, one hit every 4th note, starting at 1,5,9 etc.
