How did you go about telling them off? If they're really getting in your shit then maybe a restraining order is in order? I'm personally hesitant to involve the law in anything, but its better than having to hurt someone physically.

Those are the options as I see it, verbal / ignoring being optimal most of the time

I want to say they aren't dangerous but if you were to ask me half a year ago on if they seem like the kind of people to stalk someone I'd also have said no too

I've told them to fuck off and I've told them off for being in my personal space/following me before, it doesn't seem like that's working.

Ignoring and using a restraining order is also going to be difficult because one of the two are in my class and my class itself tends to be very small (a full class would be a total of 20 people).
