I know that going to prison comes with the territory, getting life doesn't.  He seriously got fucked over, that type of shit happens once in a blue moon.  He should have taken the plea, but this is like the person that gets into their car and gets into a car accident and dies.  You 2 are the people saying that he should have known the risk before getting into his car...  No fucking shit its a risk, stating the obvious doesn't make you insightful it makes you annoying.

The only annoying thing is having to read your ranting post. He fucked up twice before fucking up the 3rd time. He deserves what he got because he KNEW fucking up one more time and he was done, but he did it anyway.

Another comparison that has jack shit to do with the actual situation. Maybe I'm outgrowing this forum or the posters are getting dumber...

Wait I have two state drug dealing charges. One intent to deliver pot one deliver MDMA. Does this mean if I ever get an intent to deliver pot or some other substance simply because I have a stash ( I'm never selling anything I won't even help best friends out) that I can get life for this? No one ever told me of this...

he's committing a victimless 'crime', he did know what he was doing, he
certainly knew it was illegal and what the penalties could be if he was

Honestly he knew the risks and it's sad that lsd is linked with incredibly harsh sentences. However that is the reality of the situation.
