I agree, a marijuana cultivation board would be nice. The only problem is that this IS named The Shroomery. Count me in for this idea.

i think an
mj forum
covering all aspects of reefer, grass, pot, hemp. . .
could be trialed for say
42 days or whatever
take it from there. .

Really i don't agree...
Cultivation of mj isn't so simple....at least there's a lot of things to know, and different teks:hydro, cloning, scrogg, etc.
And a single forum really don't cover all the aspects of mj cultivation....

Let me play devils advocate. Shroomery is for the spread of info and to stop misinfo. about shrooms. Laws vary WIDELY on shrooms.
(Most of the time even the cops don't know 'em) Pot is illegal everywhere. (well, most everywhere) A pot seed can get you busted. Spores will usually not. I think attempting to add M.J. to this site would only complicate things in too many ways to list. Perhaps you could expend as much time, energy, and (i'm sure) $$$ as Ythan and Aphex and start "The Pottery". I also think there are plenty of other M.J. sites out there. Not trying to be a dick, but since you can't tell by my typing, just thought I'd throw in my two cents.

Shrommery = Shrooms

Pottery = Pot

Well, you guys are right. The clincher was that laws vary widely with mushrooms.
However, I suggest a link to some of these teks at least.

Yeah a link or two MIGHT be okay, but why not just use Erowid or the Lyceum and keep this site unadulterated. Cool idea though. Just trying to give 'em less to pin on us!!

We've always tried to keep other drug stuff out of the main content parts of the Shroomery. If anyone would like to discuss the discussion of marijuana, you can use the 'Other Drugs' forum. Also, if anyone wants links to marijuana content, add your own in the links section and it'll get posted. Later.
