You guys I'm really not worried about it, I ignored him. I actually feel sorry for people that spend time trying to put others down because they obviously have some issues.

@Crystal you should start thinking of doing workout training videos :smile:. Also, when you do the weight dips it's all dependent on the angle of your arms which muscles you're working. If you move closer you'll work different ones then if you're farther away. The one you did is akin to a chinese push up. Lastly, me watching them doesn't generate a view, I have my access set to private to avoid the adverts. So you do have more views.

Maybe that 'shopped picture is closer to the truth than you think. :P

You know, I would love to be a personal trainer. But frankly, it's not something you can make a whole lot of money doing unless you are a professional athlete or bodybuilder. Tell you what, if I ever win in the top 3 in any future bodybuilding competitions, I will definitely consider making a career change and start creating some workout training videos to help start things up. In the mean time I'm going to continue focusing on something I know I'm more skilled at than fitness, which is music.

Also what do you mean if you move closer or farther away? Closer or farther away from what?

Hehe, which shopped picture are you talking about too? Are you talking about the one where I photoshopped myself to make myself look like I have huge muscles? :lol:

The shopped comment was for the troll, sorry.
There can be money if you're a gym's personal trainer.
And move closer or farther away from the flex point of when you do the pushup. if your arms are above your head different muscle groups are worked than if you move your arms closer to your stomach. Similarly when doing a bench press, moving where the weight comes down will use different muscles.

being strong is not a famine feature, soft, smooth lines are.

Theres a difference between being fit and being muscular. Which a lot of guys find unattractive. Of course that really doesnt need to be voiced, even though some feel the need to.

I think she looks great and she should be commended for her discipline in the gym. It takes a lot of effort to look like that, and while it may primarily be a cosmetic pursuit, it has the added advantage of being beneficial to ones health.
