i just want to be clear, the only reason i made this thread was because there were complaints from multiple people of serious lag in the other thread due to its size. this is not uncommon when a thread gets to be over 200 pages... and that's 200+ pages with my posts per page set to 100. when you have a large, picture oriented thread, lag is inevitable and rather than just locking the thread and leaving it at that, i made a new one. please forgive me, EdibleStereos, you obviously know better than i do.

i'm terribly sorry you seem to be unable to understand this and have an issue with one of the rules of this thread, which were not put forward by me but by a former moderator who was sick of dealing with disrespectful bullshit from people abusing the anon function or using it to "debate" (which was really just a nice way of saying no toeing the line of full on flaming), because it was a problem. drama for drama's sake is disruptive and disrespectful and i feel i should take the time to remind you that stirring up drama or being a drama magnet (in my mind these are essentially the same thing) is indeed against the site rules and is a bannable offense.

posting is not a right, it's a privilege, and if someone consistently posts in a disrespectful and disruptive manner we reserve the right to ban that person at any time for as long as we see fit. while the ability to post may not be a right, you DO have every right to not read and/or post in any thread that you find offensive, distasteful, or, as is apparently the case with this thread, that you do not agree with--be it rules or what have you.

stop being a wet blanket. just calm the fuck down, yo.
