Apologies to the Dead

A few months ago, I dissed the Dead, after trying to get into American Beauty and failing. Then I got Live Dead, and its completely got me. The Eleven is so bubblingly ecstatic, it seems to me to sort of sum up the vibe of the summer of love. And while I still don't get American Beauty as much, it's growing on me man!

The number of Dead posts there are, can't we get a seperate Dead forum?

yeah that version is a work of pure art! what gets to me are the words to that song! What deep space trip was Hunter in when he wrote that stuff, not that Jerry ever sang the same lyrics twice on it!  :smile: God bless his sole! :heart:
