Yes. You put him behind bars for life, with or without a possibility of parole depending on the nature of the crime. In this case, no parole.

You got anything at all to back up that statement? Because last time I checked your homicide rates are still off the charts compared to other countries that dont carry the death penalty.

I consider America a fascist state and I avoid crossing the border into America in the same way I would have avoided crossing the border into Nazi Germany. I do not want to ever put my physical body into the geographical space that The United State's Government claims as its legal jurisdiction.

And who decides who the scum is?

Who decides who should be paroled or not if not the courts? Who decides who might escape, and therefore should just be killed?
