Im sure there will be threads in the Gathering Forum about the classic time that was had by all. But I thought I would make one for the pub......

I have to thank Suffer for my fire he dug the hole for the candle and kept me supplied with fresh ones each time they burnt out :heart:

The tug of war was fun.....my main contribution was picking all the big guys and then yelling for shroomism and Spore-X to pull harder!

This is Ragein' Dave... The guitar strummin 6am fire hopper from nelsons ledges... I just wanted to log in and say hello and thanks for coming out. You folks are great, thanks for feeding the vibe. I hope to see you all again soon... Greatfulfest hops off July 2-3. There is 3 nights of DSO, fireworks, and skydivers... Gonna be a festival to remember. If you can make it.... Its HIGHLY recomended.

Ragin' Dave....

It seems every time I go to a festival I come home with a different nickname.... This time I can thank the early sunday morning rage me and my boy P-Nut went on...  I spent all night saturday babysitting my little brother who flipped his wig because of some dank as schrooms one of you kids brought in the lil' lipton tea bags (thank you kindlly).... I was so busy trying to convince him he wasn't dead that all of saturday night kinda disappeared..... Once he came back to real life (sometime sunday morning) I finally got to get back to the party....  and it was a rage.....  WAKE UP QUARRY KIDS!!!  6AM SUNDAY MORNING == TIME TO GET DRUNK! lol....  P.S.  Sorry if someone stole your beer/liquor when you were sleeping... P-Nut was a little off the hook and kept brininging more beer back.... Nobody knows where he got it.... That crazy little fuck....  Anyhoo... I'm gonna be broke as hell for the next fest.... I have been talking to NLQP staff and they have agreed to let me into the fest if i stick around and clean up the park.... So If you see a young man running around mumbling something about raging the scene struming on a guitar, please get him spun :wink: 

I know there are a few of you from the north-east ohio area (Whats up AstralTerminal!!!) ....  YOU MUST COME TO GRATEFULFEST!!!!!!!!!

I am bringing the whole B-Town crew with me to gratefulfest, so be ready to party.... I'll make sure our campsite is unmistakeablly labeled the B-Town home away from home. Come party with us... I garuntee it will be fun......  We are bringing tons of beer/liquor, as well as some heady ass rollies..... Ragin' Dave dont like f'n with rolls so, if you want some sunflowers or rollerskates, hit us up schroomery kids! We like to trade :smile:

Be sure to make yourselfs known as the shroomery kids (even if your 60 years old, "kid" is ok).... somehow, someway..... The little "Hello My name is" tags worked quite well.... :wink:    I will make sure that the B-Town camp sites are unmistakeablly marked....  Come by and chill out with us.... We're all great compay.... Rest assured, Ragin' Dave wont be difficult to spot....  No matter where your camping or what you're doing... YOU  WILL  SEE / HEAR  ME  ;-)

I have been browsing this site for years and my friend finally got me to join. We were up at NLQP last weekend for the Floyd fest (fireworks was me)and I can not wait for this weekend. My friend said these gatherings are sweet and when he told me how many more of you guys are comming this year I knew I had make sure I am there. His name is Brian but I do not remember what his ID was on here. We are from Akron/Green though if that helps. I did however read at his house some messages you guys left about him saying how he doesn't get on this board anymore and how he only attends the gatherings. Maybe that will give it away.

You have to understand that it's for security reasons. We can't have feds/narcs or anyone who wants to crash a gathering just joining and looking in there...by requiring you to post a number of times first, the admins ensure that you're contributing to the Community.

Alright well that makes senes then I guess. No one told me though that it was determined by a certain number of posts or something along those lines. Maybe you guys can help me out too. I am trying to remember a guy I met while my friend and I were going up to the ledges. He lived up near there and we stopped by for awhile. I think he is either a moderator or at least one of the head people that puts together the gathering. Just trying to put two and two together. And I agree with you OneMoreRobot, the last thing I need at NL is for a fed to walk up to me while I am in another world. Well I will check back later tonight or tomorrow and see if my account has gotten anywhere. Bye

Hi.

As you all may, or may not have noticed, I've been missing. This is because getting away from the Shroomery is like getting away from crack. You can't just ween yourself off of it, you need to quit cold turkey.

For a while I was considering not coming to the NE gathering. Just plain ol' not showing up.

Then I realized that this would be dumb. More than dumb, it would have been disloyal, dispicable... disgusting.

So I'm coming, oh yes, I will be there.

I might bring a friend too. Either a particular girl (but I don't think she'll be able to come), or someone else who I can convince to come along. I have one friend who just broke up with his girlfriend and has been confining himself to his apartment. A drug fuelled romp in a foreign country is just what he needs.

Anyways... see y'all there!

Can someone please PM me the location of the ledges? I should be at the hotel on Thursday, but I'd rather have that info 'cause if anything goes wrong I don't want to be stuck in Ohio with no clue as to where the fuck I'm supposed to go.
