honestly for me it wouldnt be the pain and suffering of execution but the hours before psychologically. Like think about it, in those last minutes you are going to killed and theres absolutely nothing you can do about it but think about it, that would be mental agony for me.

Think about the young girl he raped and killed, there was nothing she could do about it either. I feel no remorse for someone so cruel, who could take a life that violently.

Well his behavior deserves a response; justice. Justice is giving one what they deserve.

If someone is happy to hear that a guilty person is receiving punishment for their crimes, does that make it vengeance?

The way he took that girls life changed her family's life forever. I could not forgive someone who did that to someone I love. People like that should have pain inflicted upon them, just as they have done to other.

Replacing the atmosphere with 100% nitrogen is the best method. You have no sensation that anything is wrong, you feel drowsy for a few seconds, then you pass out and it's fatal after about 45 seconds.

They did that in a way in the American gas chamber, which uses the same principal poison as Zyklon B, hydrogen cyanide.  Hydrogen cyanide is quick, but in many cases not humane. It also frequently causes convulsions and thats not something you want to expose your executioners and witnesses to.  One guy gassed in the US bashed his head into the wall reperatedly so hard that it cracked his skull and made a mess.

Flushing a gas chamber with nitrogen gas would be the only humane way to perform a gas execution that meets safety standards.

I don't buy the passing out in seconds and dying in 45 seconds bit, every single nitrous user would be dead if inhaling inert gas would be lethal that rapidly in humans. It takes longer.

Why cant they just inject a lethal dose of heroin to these people?
people accidently overdose on this shit all the time so why not just use that?

Heroin OD can go wrong. When Holland adopted a legalized euthanasia practice, capable doctors looked into practical cases of ways doctors brought about the death of terminal patients.  Opiate injection was rejected in favor of barbiturates, either barbiturates alone or followed by a paralytic curarelike drug. The curarelike drug though, pancuronium, was found to induce HELLISH suffering if the patient wsnt fully anesthetized.

That's essentially what they did, but with Hydromorphone instead (another powerful opiate). They also combined Benzos, which is a death cocktail when combined with opiates in high doses. The problem is when people OD on opiates it's not instant. They usually pass out, then stop breathing while blacked out. As you know it takes a while to suffocate, a few minutes, and many would find this death by suffocation to be inhumane.

The difference is they aren't replacing the oxygen already in their lungs. If you breathe in and out a few times in a pure nitrogen atmosphere, you have cleared your lungs of any oxygen. It only takes a few seconds without fresh oxygen entering the blood stream before you lose conciousness. Sure, you could hold you breath, but once you inhale a few times it's over.

Idk I only said that Bc recently a friend of mine overdosed and her mom made it seem like it was quick and...painless. idk
