WBS Color Change after PCing

Does the color of the WBS turn from a lighter color to a darker color after pcing? just curious. Because my FOAF's did.

I had the same issue. If yours smelled "cooked" and the grains were darke, we aer in the same boat. What are the results of yours so far? what did you inoc with?

I just PC'd mine, no difffrent than ive done rye, and popcorn, and pf-tek jars, and my wbs turned darker too...no one seemed to think it was a problem, so i guess we are ok.

I soaked mine for 24 hours though, then brought to a boil, and they didnt expand that much...but as soon as i put 2/3 into the jars and pc'd, they filled to 100%!! ;o
