like Breadtopia or something?

I am trying the Breadtopia right now. I'll up a picture of some loaves in a few hours. Wish I could up the smell. I tasted the started raw too - very very sour stuff. I was a bit scared to put a lot of salt - as much as I would like because I didn't want to kill the yeast. A bit more salt when the starter is better established maybe.

It was good starter. 2 days to very fine sour flavor bread.

Looks good! I've never tried a commercial sourdough starter. I've been using the same start that I started a few years ago. Here's a picture of the loaf I made for Thanksgiving.
