Did you compare yours with the suggestion I gave earlier? Just to be sure that's not it.

yeah i did and im pretty sure those aren't them
and i looked up a Rusty-orange spore print to see the color and it does look similar to a rusty-orange print but the prints arent dark enough to capture with my phone/camera which is a pretty good camera for a phone

They are not what I would call G. marginata, because I don't really see a pronounced annulus, but there are many species of Galerina which will clearly show some sort of blackish bruising which should not be mistaken for blue bruising of Psilocybe species. Of course, you have ruled them out by spore print, but something to look for in Gymnopilus is a dry scaly fibrous cap surface, and usually a very bitter taste. You can taste a tiny piece of the mushroom if you are so inclined, but be sure to spit it out.

This time of year Jilms are pretty much done. You might get lucky and find some tucked in a niche somewhere, but in the southeast, your best bet would be to look in heavily mulched areas or places where trees/stumps are ground also mulch heaps.
