I have this thing that i believe is a hemeroid and it keeps inflating and hurting randomly. When it doesn't hurt its like a flap kind of (sorry to gross you out) but what the FUCK do i do to stop this???? i dont want this shit coming back!!!!!!!!!!

If you post a pic I could tell you for sure. However it does sound like a roid. Unfortunately once you get 1 it becomes easier to get more. Not enough fiber in diet, standing too long, pushing too hard while crapping are all common instigators of roids hell ive even seen people get them from laughing too hard.


Up your fiber, dont force a shit, drink plenty of water.

Some get real bad and need to be tied off or lanced. Which hurts. A lot.

Yea man It can be from not shitting enough(constipation) just try to keep getting several bowel movements a day I am still dealing with mine it just came back but went away for a while and recently came back. We all hemorrhoids it's just a matter of when they become inflamed. Also try to run some witch hazel on it to help irritation and keep it clean. I always thought you got hemorrhoids from sitting on hard surfaces

i used to get them when I didn't drink caffeine, I would push too hard on the shitter and be semi-constipated all the time.

Caffeine helps me a lot. I am hemorrhoid-free
