Bill Gates is giving 100,000 to somebody who can design a better condom. Ive thought long and hard about this and I believe the only hope in that is micro-condoms...find a way to block the pee-hole from coming or having a tiny tiny tape-like thing over it and when u bust bang it expands. Something like those hoses that expand that you see on those infomercials

I'd have no way of knowing.

I don't think this is the case. How about a condom who's inside is designed largely
a) to slide against your skin
b) simulate skin's feel on the cock's skin, akin to a fleshlight

while still holding tight down toward the bottom of the shaft so it stays on. People with smaller dicks that used a non-scaled version would have trouble with it slipping off though.
