Just because they have not found them does not mean he did not have them. And besides that, it's awfully dusty over there. Not clean at all.

He has said he is giving them a year to find them, which I think is reasonable.

Damn. That means I have to wait another 6 months to laugh at him and say "I told you so," at least on this issue. I have a feeling tho, that his deepest darkest fear, that he would never allow to happen, is admitting he's wrong.

No, he has done that plenty of times. I think he gets a bad rap from you libbies. I have seen him bash both sides plenty of times.

I know he's not conservative on every issue. I even find myself agreeing with him sometimes. But even when I agree with him, he still comes off as an asshole. My problem with him isn't so much his political views as much as his arrogance. Also, he seems to come off as a bit of a bully.

Bill O'Reilly will not disobey his master. He'll consider something WMD.

Makes perfect sense. Rather than apologise to the nation he'll latch onto a 12 year old barrel with a note in the bottom saying "WMD were here".

If they find the stuff, what would have to apologize for?

OK. Like I said the majority of the country would be satisfied with a bunch of barrels full of chemical weapons. Only the extreme left such as you two wouldn't be. In reality we could find 200 suitcase sized nukes and you wouldn't be satisfied. Then a WMD would only be a WMD if it could destroy the entire universe.

what do you mean liberals wouldn't be satisfied? I don't think WMD was really a big issue with liberals, they don't think the existence of WMD justifies a war so its not like they would have to apologize even if they DO find it.
conservatives are the ones who pushed for this war based on the WMD threat. liberals are just holding them to their word. I don't care even if they do find tons of WMD buried in the desert, it still doesn't justify a pre-emptive war of aggression.

Fair enough. I think your position is wrong, but that is your position. I am simply pointing out the fact that the far left will discount any evidence short of a fleet of ICBMs, and continue with the riduculous Bush lied crap, even there is no evidence he intended to mislead anyone.

yeah well I'm glad there are people out there who would discount any evidence the Bush administration can cook up. don't you think there should be the highest standards of evidence here? I know you don't care, as long as the public is satisfied after digging up some old barrels. let's not forget the Bush administration has a history of distorting and exaggerating evidence to suit their needs (you haven't forgotten already, have you?) so I'm glad there are people who are skeptical of Bush and whatever "evidence" he comes up with.

So what do you think he was going to do with these bottles of chemical agents that you think qualifies them as "weapons of mass destruction"? Go round and hit 20,000 people over the head with the bottle?
