I can still dig shark week but I don't really find it all that interesting anymore, it's either super dramatic and the same old fear mongering or just shark attack stories, which just don't excite me. Sometimes there's interesting episodes though, I kind of wish they'd do something related to how one can minimize risk/safely observe these animals underwater in depth, but I guess that would be mainly geared towards divers and idk if it would appeal to the masses.




Whale sharks are my favorite I think, but bull sharks are the ones that worry me the most in terms of sheer aggression. One of the dive sites I've heard about is in Costa Rica(Bat Island) and the large marine predators are a huge attraction - basically what you do is you get in the water and you get your ass to the bottom pronto(that's general protocol for most shark dives, though) no bobbing around at the surface.


Also one time I was diving in the Caribbean and the visibilty was not so great that day, and out of no wherethis huuuuuuuge massive shadow appears in the distance, approaching me slowly. I'm like 'fuck fuck fuck that thing has to be 25 feet at least that's a great white holy shit'.









Turns out it was a fucking submarine tour full of tourists staring back at me and snapping pictures. ......Awkward.

Next time I'm in San Diego one of my priorities is cage diving with actual great whites lol.

I don't know that I really have a favorite.. I like Tigers and Threshers. Tigers cuz they will eat any damn thing and Threshers just look badass.. lol.

Some day I wanna go shark fishing.. Don't live too far from Galveston and I know people go there for it.

How dare you, Sharknado was a masterpiece! Not as good as 2-Headed Shark Attack though, now that was a revolutionary film.

dude, something seriously messed up happened to scifi when they changed from scifi to syfy a few years back. They started pumping out D minus movies with really lazy titles and well everything for that matter. Pirahnaconda..? Sharktopus..? Mansquito..? Dinocroc..? What in the actual fuck is right. I want what they're smoking.

That is my dream job! I'm telling you it's just one guy, they set him up in a room with unlimited weed (and any other drugs he wants) and in like two days he cranks out a years worth of original screenplays for the syfy channel.
