Just boil water on the stovetop, then pull it off and pour through your coffee filter (or add to French press, etc.). It should be just under boiling temperature, which is what it will be if you take it off the stove when it's boiling. :awesome:

1) boil water
2) once it reaches nice, rolling boil, remove from heat.
3) let stand 5 minutes (optimum brew temp is like, 95C, just off boil)
4) add your ground coffee
5) let sit for a bit
6) strain through your preferred strainer method (I like the melitta cone thingy that sits on top of a mug)

boom. bitchin' ass coffee. fit for any latte sipping hipster, or cowboy.

I just had a Vietnamese iced coffee and I am JACKED! Pretty sure it's got a pinch of crack in it.

Are you using a filter? If so, time isn't an issue. Just see that the water is boiling and then allowed to quit boiling before you pour it through. If you're using a French press, pour it in as soon as it stops boiling and give it about five minutes before filtering and pouring.
