Silva/Weidman rematch in December

The UFC is going the wrong way setting up rematch after rematch for every big event. The credibility is lost IMO...what do you fools think?

I dont care about credibility. It's always a common rule in any major combat sports. When you topple a long time champion, he will usually get his shot at a rematch.

I'd like to see what a pissed off, focused, humbled Anderson comes out like. If you ask me, Weidman is going to lose.

I agree but the UFC is getting crazy with too many rematches. I personally don't think Silva deserves one cuz he was too busy fucking around instead of focusing on defeating his opponent. At 36 did Silva really think he was untouchable forever and that every opponent was a complete fool? I guess it's all for entertainment at the end of the day.

As much as it pained me to see Silva get knocked out, I think it'll make him come back with a fire in his belly. Less fucking around, less goofy antics more spider. He's getting old so if he wants to still do this shit he has to get focused. In the end, I look at all of fighting as shady so I mean credibility and all that aside they will do whatever gives them the most profit. $$$$$$$$ dolla dolla bills that's all it's about.

I think this loss for Silva will make him come out stronger whoever he fights next, I didn't see the fight only the KO on the news but it's clear that he made some mistakes that he will promptly work on correcting.

remember when Condit gave a very hard time to GSP how strong he came back to fight Diaz? I think we can see the same thing with Silva.

as for rematch I don't care really I think it's great to see a fight where the guys know each others a bit better.

True and true.

Shit, if I was Anderson Silva, and toyed with opponents all the time and dominated as a champion for like...7 years....I'd get a bit cocky myself.

Being constantly told you're the greatest fighter in the world will blow up most normal people's egos way out of proportion, if you ask me.

I'm glad he was humbled because we get to see the REAL Silva next time.

I want to see that rematch really bad

Silva was fooling around the entire first time

When he comes out swinging for real I think we're going to see a great fight

They have no credibility..
Most of the loses are to setup rematches. Anderson almost loses to Chael, then destroys him in a rematch (WWE shit). Then anderson dances around until he loses to Weidman (who said it was far fetched) and then he comes back for a rematch and presumably wins. Scripted crap to generate money, when they have no real draws as fights. I barely watch the UFC anymore, the fights are boring and bad.
