Are they ever going to give Hendo his rematch with Silva?

Who does Hendo have to beat to get his rematch with Anderson Silva? I think this is bullshit Vitor Belfort after one fight back is getting a title fight at UFC 108. Christ they gave Rich Franklin two shots at him.

And Belfort beating Franklin grants him a shot? Hendo beat Franklin, and he knocked out UFC golden child Michael Bisping, who I am very sure if he had beaten Hendo you'd have seen him fighting for the title at 108.

No wonder they are having contract disputes with him, and lost Rampage... This is why the UFC loses guys...
