Ive seen some good mma fights but idk right when they start wrestling and clingy to the cage I lose all interest

I think you guys are taking what I said too seriously. I'm not mad about it and I'm not denying he's a great fighter, and I know he show boats a lot. But this time in particular, it was just plain careless as fuck. Stupid. Unless he lost on purpose or something, I don't know how he thought he wouldn't get knocked out standing flat footed and dodging so lazily like that.

I agree.

But I will say this.

He's been the most fun fighter to watch for a long time. Show boating aside, who else can just completely toy with their opponents at the highest level of competition? Nobody.

I know you won't agree with me, but I personally marvel at the guy for having such balls to show boat in a sport so dangerous.

In fact, how he got KOed is even MORE hilarious to me, because yeah he learned his lesson and was brought back down to Earth.

haha ill bet a lot of people who lost a lot of money on that fight would like silvas head. Nobody is more pissed off than the sportsbook hounds.

as an underdog bettor I probably wouldve won a lot of money on that fight

Yeah they really are, it's pitiful.
THe man has a shitty taunting style, he always had, he finally loses because of it, and now all the sudden it's unacceptable :rolleyes:

I never liked Silva his fights were bad. He beats up overrated UFC fighters left and right and runs around taunting guys with a ground game. UFC as a whole isn't very interesting as they never deliver the good fights outside of the heavyweight division. GSP does a good job, but he can't finish anyone so his fights are boring. Jon Jones is the best fighter they have atm.

Weidman was only a 2-1 dog and betting large sums, on heavy favorites, that are 5-1 or better is foolish to begin with. UFC isn't legit and has a lot of convenient and beneficial decisions, despite what Dana White claims, so I don't bet on it.
