Piedmont NC Mushroom ID's

Habitat:
Where does it grow? piedmont, NC USA is where it calls home
What does it grow on? My lawn. (apprx. 3 ft away from old tree stump)
Gills:Black gills
Stem:3 in. lgth,white,smooth,thin
Cap:beige?(see pic)
Spore Print:Sorry yall, failed to get one.(Dang rookie)
Bruising:None
Other information: 4 of these popped up overnight somewhat spread out near old tree stump(tree species n/a) Appeared for one day last week and have not been back since.
I have several other finds that need ID'ing. Last week was my first hunt ever so please bear with me on the lack of info on a couple I found last week.I will acquire better info as I go. Not sure why I have become so enthralled with fungi. I started by studying about local actives but since then have become absolutely wrapped up in mycology.any help would be greatly preesh8ed.

Psathyrellaceae, either Coprinopsis or Coprinellus, not sure which.

Hell FIRE!! Yall ARE quick! thank you. Im thinkin about creating local guide.(yeah,right) But seriously, I will have one for myself and whoever else I know that wants one. At the moment I am all alone on this adventure. Nobody around here has any interest in mycology. But that will change once I find my first 'active' score. Thanks again! There are more to come.
