PLEASE HELP!!! -- Identify this PLEASE !!!

I need some help really badly .... I was out walking today and ran across a mushroom that caught my eye. . . I found 2 rather large mushrooms ( same type ) They both have a yellow stem and a Cap that is a darkish brown on top and has very deep blood red gills underneath. When i found them the first thing i did was give one a good squeeze on the stem and a nice blue bruise showed up ...... I wish I could scan a pic in, but i'd rather not have everyone else knowing that's with me .... SOOO off those descriptions, can anyone tell me if it's a SAFE mushroom to trip on????  :grin:

Your description sucks. No you can?t get high on it. It sounds like a bolete. They have pores, not gills.

Am I the only newb with a camera and who can read? Even from my limited experience I'd also say it's one of those bolete's the bruise and will make you sick. Maybe you can win this year's Darwin Award.
