LSD at a CC concert

im new, so i dont know how to use this site really.

my friend and i are going to a crystal castles concert this weekend and were planning on dropping lsd. we wanted to take 2 hits each, one on the way to the show and another on the way back. my dad is driving us there and back, but is not going to the show. do you think we would be able to be cool around my dad on 1 hit? and advice? also what time should we take it if we want to peak around 8? we are probably going to smoke at the show, how will that effect the high? we've both dropped before but only 3-4 times. my main worry is that on the drive home we will be too out of it, he will leave us alone when we are at home.

Dont bother. Respect your Dads space and wishes by dropping your LSD somewhere with far less potential for things to go wrong.

Neither of you have a sober person to help you keep track of time and "yourself" incase you end up too far gone.

Your planning ahead wont help and dropping any tabs after the initial one wont have any effect. Nor prolong your trip. It will more then likely be wasted to your bodies rapid tolerance. Two, you cant account for when L will hit you ever, because your metabolism changes from day to day.

Im giving you advice you dont want but should heed. Ive been spun out at my fair share of shows and had all the possible worse case scenarios happen. Im just trying to prevent you from learning the hard way.

Great idea and show, but your lacking the most vital asset for your public trip, and thats a sober coherent sitter.

Heres a better idea, you and your friend should drop both tabs on a different day. Plan it out ahead of time, and if its good L, you'll be just as happy if not more so, that you waited.

I wouldn't because Crystal Castles singer is god awful live.
If I was forced to listen to her singing live, I'd have a bad trip.

Every one reacts different if you think you both can control yourselves while tripping around your dad then go for it! and to peak at the concert it should be done around an hour or hour and a half before. and doing some bud with the LSD is said to have a good effect making the visuals more intense and cool.

Agreed, although some say pot can increase the sketchy vibe. :shrug:

First time I took acid I peaked about an hour before the show listening to Primus and Black Flag at some randome dudes house and then I continued to Clash of The Titans, Alice n Chains, Anthrax, Slayer, and Megadeth. :headbanger:

Of course preaching common sense is difficult here since there's always gonna be people over enthusiastically chanting "Drop it man!, Why wait?" and so forth. Not in just this thread but countless others.

The best advice would be telling the OP to wait, no harm can come from that. But going high as a kite while his Dad CHAPERONES him? What is wrong with some of yall?

OP there will be plenty of better and other concerts in your future to dose out at. And thats what anyone here with any sense of proper responsibility should be telling you also.

alice is so high energy! maybe not the best singer in the world but still it's awesome to watch her dance and scream and such. also III is out and it has some very soft tracks where she isn't shrieking at the top of her lungs like normal.

The only time I saw crystal castles live was two years ago when I was on a bunch of acid.
I'm not really a fan of them anyways, but Alice's singing made my heart cringe.

Maybe if they play their new album, it'll be more tolerable.


I prefer to do LSD in isolated environments, alone or with someone I trust.
You can take the experience much deeper when you have less external stimuli.
