And definitely this for me. I just made a toaster stroodle (Spelling? ) about an hour ago with my coffee, took like 3 bites, and literally felt sick.

2 months ago I weighed 220lbs, now I'm down to 189 (Just weighed). I just eat dinner now. I make sure I get enough shit in it though, and I make a protein shake with it. I know for sure eating like this is probably horrid on my body for nutrients. I take a Multi-Vitamin before bed now though (Started doing that a week ago, after my brother (Nutritionist) told me I was going to run into health problems quick)

I used to love food so much. Now I'm just not hungry or interested. Gonna see my physician and get some blood work done in a few weeks, and see where I'm going to plateau at, or if I need to beef up a little.

Not sure if 6 foot 3 at 189 and still losing is healthy.

we really don't need to eat a ton of food necessarily, especially if you aren't living a very physically demanding lifestyle. it's probably good to try to eat nutrient dense stuff though and fruits/vegetables. just basic common sense stuff
