Depressurizing your colon and the relief it brings * 3

Today is one of those days where this is happening on a major level compared to usual.

I hate having to go take a dump until as late as possible, and generally i get at least a few farts out beforehand, like today, had one good one, and then shortly after it was time, and it was early this morning after I woke up.

I am thinking it's a double dump morning perhaps but have been ripping some serious farts especially with the way coffee pushes your colon, generally starting with farts after you drink it. something about causing irritation that your colon tries to purge.

either way those after dump farts where you have all that chamber room to accumulate flatus are the best. i think the sound resonance works best that way too.

i do have to say when you safely send one flying after waiting for the chance from the uncomfortable buildup, that it tends to have the effect of making me let out a sigh of relief, perhaps if only from not having to push it anymore and exhaling.

worries me sometimes though, sharts can be unpredictable even with a lot of experience.

I had muddy poo from too much coffee and not enough water. I had to go back to the bathroom and re wipe every half hour or so.

Fiber dumps are amazing. Eat a lot of fibers one day and you'll have the best dump of your life the day after.

I totally agree!

I have done a few of those, and I do definitely recommend getting some fiber in you for brewing up a king kong mega dump. That and wait as long as you can.
