Depressurizing your colon

I don't know about you, but often there are situations where its just rather uncomfortable to just have to deal with going about daily life with a a fart just asking to come out.

I definitely have to go find a safe place as I don't believe in absorbing farts, its proven to not actually be good for you.

I push em out for sure, I figure more of it actually  gets out when you push the fart from behind and get it all out fast

yeah, i think kids are born knowing that one, nothing to teach, its old hat.

all yesterday during karate, and as soon as we where starting, I had to depressurize. That is always annoying, especially when I wasn't very farty. Occasionally i would have to let it out very discretely, instead of forcing, just eeking it out as far from people as possible. luckily none of them stank.

When doing yoga, it is acceptable and even encouraged to pass gas freely.

If I hold my in too long I get sharp pains that shoot up my colon. OUCH!

I had some nasty gas 4 or 5 days ago that was filtering right through what I believed was a dead rodent in my ass. All day it was so nasty. One slipped out in the elevator, and it was so bad for me I got off at the next floor.
