Not anyone's business but the hoe's and trick's. And the pimp's.

Unless it has some element of rape/nonconsentual sex, or if the prostitute is being forced to work for the pimp, then it wouldn't be right because it wouldn't be fully consentual. Otherwise I don't see how it's hurting anyone.
Or if the prostitute is working because she is living in poverty, which in my ideal world (:)) wouldn't exist. Then it would be a problem of poverty, not morality.

Whats with all your questioning whether things are moral or immoral? I mean, I question things at times, but for no other reason then to spark debate seems a bit weird. Give your opinion on it first, then lets work from there : )

i dont see any problem with it. the women are merely exchanging a commodity for money.

that said it is a farely nasty industry. alot of women are kidnapped from eastern europe and are forced into it. maybe if you legalized it it would remove the pimps and resolve that problem.

anyone know if there are still pimps in holland?

It is neither moral nor immoral, just a means of earning a living...

Prostitutes are usually much more honest than women engaged in the dating scene. As a profession, I like them, although I do not avail myself of their services.

If the prostitute has freedom, no pimps, safe environment, protection, etc... then there really isn't any moral problem.

However, if you visit a prostitute nowadays in most places, you are taking advantage of an entrapped and exploited woman.

I would say you are taking advantage of a woman that would rather fuck for a living than get a real job...
