say what? somene once again leaves out the juicy bits of a law so obscure that even the judge doesnt know...

it's illegal for felons to possess a firearm, if you cannot possess it you
cannot use it because in order to use it it has to be in your possession

...:facepalm:  I guess his required hunting guide doesn't know the :rules: either:flowstone:. This is right on page 25 titled, and I quote "Important information for ALL bear hunters". the  1st fuckin' page of Alaska hunting regulations concerning bear, hardly obscure. http://www.adfg.alaska.gov/static/regulations/wildliferegulations/pdfs/bear.pdf Read the green highlighted part right at the top.(non residents must have a guide) Now scroll down a few paragraphs to the yellow highlighted paragraph where one wounded bear = bag limit...  And that 'juicy bits of a law" are in fact, THIS,  , the book All states give to All hunters(and anglers) when they purchase their  required licenses and tags. You know this, Pris,  unless you're a poacher.:nono: Every sportsman on this page knows this.:foreheadslap: ...He was filming his show, has hunted for longer and in more locations than anyone here, and thinks he's above the law. He is a private citizen of the US who thinks that socialism sucks and says so regularly.  I'm not entirely sure that the socialisticly bent would actually put in the effort to accumulate relevant insults.

I read that.  The fucking judge didn't know what the hell the issue was.  Government over-regulation with so many laws that even the law-givers can't keep up with them.
