Freerunning/Parkour * 1
    #17723015 -

So for the past week I've been doing some freerunning and parkour. The thing is, I haven't been just running around at my local park looking like a jackass, me and few buddies are actually learning moves, improving cardio, and become way more limber. For anyone who's interested in parkour PLEASE go out and do learn. It is insanely fun and an amazing workout!! I feel like a child again, filled with excitement and adventure! Haha, just a bit of advice, start off slow so you don't break your neck!

I tried it a long time ago. Thing is I was running around like a jackass.
But I do know how to fall (Roll falls from judo).

I am really am into martial arts, and I always considered parkour the martial art of running way.
It is quite bad ass, and awesome way to have fun. I should look for some classes around where I live.

Personally, I never use kicks in a street fight because their impact is so great it dislodges all the breast implants of the nearby clapping women.

I tried looking for classes, found 0. Closest thing would be a gymnastics class, which is hella expensive, haha. I'll just stick to the park. It's got everything I need. I've been there to run 3 times this week, and my body has NEVER been this sore. I wrestled, did tkd, bjj, and karate. And this has to be one of the best work outs of my life.

I really want to start doing parkour, but I have no idea how to go about this. I live in a small town, and I'm on the outskirts. So really, it's just lots of neighbouring streets and countryside.

Can you recommend any particular places to look out for to start?
