VERDICT: Although it isn't bad, it isn't really good either, its a mix between eating eggs and eating a pie. I ate it all, but I'm not going to cook it again.

CONCLUSION: Stick to the veggies.

Awesome dude. I have an omelette basically every morning. Three eggs, onion, bell pepper, bacon, and swiss or goat cheese depending on my mood. Delicious stuff. I chop up all the veggies once a week and leave them in tupperware containers, it's so easy to make.

Someone mentioned tomatoes and avocado. That actually sounds pretty tasty.

No problem with crunchy veggies, just not in my eggs. The textures are totally incompatible to me.
