Under 15 minutes:

Egg sandwich with mustard and tomato
Omelettes
Breakfast tacos
Panini or grilled cheese with tomatoes
Probably more I'm forgetting.

Peanut butter and banana sandwich, takes 3-5 minutes to prepare. Good dose of energy, protein, vitamins, etc - and tastes great! :biggrin:

Still deciding what I should get at the store so many options

Down south we just call em Frito Pies. Used to make em during camp-outs.

Ahh ill remember that that's a good name I lived in the south(LA) for a year when I was younger
Do they still have those paddles with holes in em at schools??
